- في وعاء نضع الدقيق ونضيف اليه باقي المكونات ونخلطهم مع بعض ثم نضيف الماء الفاتر بالتدريج حتى تتكون عجينه ذات قوام جيد ثم تترك لترتاح 10_15د.
- في هذهِ الأثناء نقوم بتحضير الحشوه.. في مقلاة نضع البصل والفلفل لمده 5د فقط ليكتسب اللون الذهبي.
- بعد ذلك نقوم بتحضير الصوص.. في وعاء نهرس الطماطم بشكل جيد ثم نضيف لها التوابل والماء وتوضع على نار هادئه وتقلب لمدة 5د فقط.
- ومن ثم نفرد العجينه ونضيف الصوص ثم الجبنه ثم الحشوه ثم الزيتون والقليل من الجبن على الوجه ايضا.
- بعد ذلك توضع في الفرن لمده 15د تقريبآ حتى تنضج ثم تقدم وصحتين وعافيه 😘🍓❤️.
