- نضعها ب صينيات صغيرة و نثقبها بالشوكة و نضع وسطها الحشو و نغطيها ب دوائر أخرى من العجينة مع غلقها جيدا من الجوانب.
- ندهنها بالبيض و نزينها بالزيتون و ندخلها إلى الفرن حتى تطهو ثم نشعل الفرن من فوق حتى تأخذ اللون الذهبي من فوق.
- نخرجها من الفرن و نقدمها مع الشربة أو حساء الخضر.
