- نضيف الملح حسب الرغبة.
- نضع العجين في مقلاة لا تلصق مدهونة بقليل من الزيت و نحاول ان لا يكون العجين سميك.
- نضيف صلصة الطماطم.
- نضيف اللحم المفروم المقلى مع بصل وملح وفلفل اسود ثم شرائح الفلفل.
- نضيف الزيتون الاسود والجبن.
- نضعها على الفرن على نار متوسطة ونغطيها حتى تنضج.

- صلصة الطماطم حضرتها بتقلية فصين ثوم مع ملعقة طماطم مصبرة ثم اضفت حبتين طماطم و نتركها حتى تنشف..
