- يتم تقطيع صدور الدجاج لمربعات متوسطة وغسلها بالليمون والخلّ ووضعها في وعاء 🥣 ووضع فوقها الزبادي وعصير الليمون والملح والفلفل والكمون والثوم المهروس ويتم خلطها (والنعناع المجفف) وتركها في الثلاجة لمدة ساعتين او يوم كامل ✨.
- تقطيع البصل والفلفل الرومي الى مربعات متوسطة الحجم.
- احضار اعواد خشب ووضع المكونات بصل ثم دجاج ثم فلفل رومي ثم دجاج ثم فلفل رومي 🍖.
- يتم شويها على صاج او في مقلاه ثم يتم تقطع البطاطس بشكل طولي بدون تقطيع القشر ثم وضعه في ماء فاتر قليلاً عند الانتهاء يتم وضع زيت زيتون وملح وفلفل وخلطه ووضعه في صينيه بايركس ثم وضعه في الفرن عند الانتهاء يتم وضع اسياخ الدجاج فوقه.
