  1. أولا: نقوم بنقع الأرز مدة نصف ساعه ثم نقوم بسلق العدس نصف سلقه مع ملعقة كمون صغيره ثم نغسله جيدا ونصفيه ونسلق المعكرونه مع ملعقة زيت.
  2. ثانيا: نقوم بتحمير كوب الشعيريه مع ٢ملاعق زيت حتى تأخذ اللون الأشقر ثم نضيف العدس والأرز ونغمرهم بـ٢كوب ونصف ماء ويكون النار عاليه وعند الغليان نخفضها حتى ينضج الأرز.
  3. ثالثا:نقوم بتقطيع البصله شرائح ونضيف إليها ٢ملاعق نشأ ثم نضعهم على النار مع ٢ملاعق زيت ونحركهم حتى لا تحترق البصله ونضعهم على ورق المطبخ لتخلص من الزيت الزائد (ليصبح مقرمش).
  4. نجهز الصوص:نضيف ٤ فصوص الثوم مع ٢ملاعق الزيت ونحمرهم ثم نضع البندوره المضروبه بالخلاط مع ملعقة كبيرة رب البندوره وملعقة صغيره من الملح والسكر والخل والكمون.
  5. نجهز الدقه (لا تحتاج إلى الغاز): نضع كوب ماء كوب خل و٤فصوص ثوم مفروم وعصرة ليمونه كامله وملعقة صغيره ملح و كمون.
  6. نحضر طبق ونضع فيه الأرز والعدس ثم نضيف المعكرونه والدقه ثم الحمص والصوص الأحمر ثم البصل.
  7. يزين حسب الرغبه (صحتين وهنااااا).
