  1. المعكرونه: نظيف ماء في قدر لسلق المعكرونه مع ملح وزيت ومحسن الطعام ونزل المعكرونه الهلاليه اولا الى ان تلين قليلا.
  2. ثم المعكرونه السباغتي واذا نضجت نصفيها ونشطفها ثم نضع زيت ملعقه كبيره ونزل عليها المعكرونه نقلبها مرتين ثم نطفىء النار ونتركها جانبا.
  3. البصل نقطعه شرائح ثم نحمره بقليل من الزيت في قدر الى ان يغمق ويصبح مقرمش يتم عزله في طبق ليستخدم في التزين و في نفس القدر ننزل العدس وعلى نفس زيت البصل ونحمره قليلا بنصف كوب ماء حتى يلين قليلا ثم نظيف الرز عليه ونقلبه ثم نظيف الماء لتشريب مع الملح و محسن الطعام ونتركه يتشرب ويتم تقليبه على فترات.
  4. الصلصه: زيت ساخن في قدر ونزل فصين ثوم مهروسين ثم مباشره نضيف علبتين الصلصه مع كوب ماء كبير ونتركه يغلي حتى تصبح ثقيله نوعا ما ويمكن اضافة الحمص العلب بعد غسله وتصفيته يتم اضافته الى الصلصه ونتركه يغلي مره او مرتين فقط ونطفىء عليه.
  5. الدقه: ثوم معروس +ملح+كمون+خل + ليمون وماء نص كوب ونخلطهم.
  6. الشطه او الفلفل : ناخذ جزء من الصلصه نحط عليه ملعقة باربيكه كبيره و ملعقة فلفل احمر باودر ونخلطهم.
  7. ويتم الترتيب بوضع الرز مع العدس وبعدها نضع المعكرونه فوقه ثم نرش الصلصه ونزين بالبصل المحمر و تكون الدقه و الشطه كل منها في طبق صغير وهي من الاضافات للطبق🙏بالعافيه.
