- نضع مقلاه على نار متوسطه ونضيف الزيت وناخذ السمك ونرش عليه طحين ونقلي السمك بالزيت حتى يستوي ويصبح لونه ذهبي.
- بعدها نسكب الرز بطبق ونضع السمك وتزين بشرائح الليمون وتقدم وصحتين وعافيه.
