  1. نتبل قطع اللحم بالتتبيله.
  2. في قدر كبير يدخل الفرن نضع قليلا من الزيت والبصل والبهارات الصحيحه وعروق الفلفل ونحمسها قليلا ونضع عليها الطماطم دقيقتين تقريبا ثم الرز والماء يحون فاتر لكل كاسه رز كاسه ونص ماء.
  3. نغلق القدر جيدا بطبقتين الا ٣ طبقات من القصدير. ونقوم بعمل فتحات بالسكين..
  4. نضع اللحم الاحمر فوق القصدير اولا ثم قطع اللحم التي بها شحم فوقها وايضا نغلقها بطبقتين الا ٣ من القصدير ونغلفها باحكام جيداً..
  5. في الفرن نحضر صينيه اكبر من حجم القدر ونضع بداخلها القدر ونصب ماء الى ثلاث ارباع الصينيه البخار المتصاعد من الصينيه يساعد بعدم احتراق الرز ونتركها اولا لمده (٣ ساعات) ساعه ونصف الاولى على حراره ٢٢٠ درجه مئويه ولمده الساعه والنصف الثانيه على حراره ١٨٠..
  6. عند الانتهاء نكشف القصدير عن اللحم ونحمره وبعد التحمير نضع اللحم فوق الرز وممكن نقوم بتبخير الرز عن طريق وضع جمره مشتعله في فنجان به زيت ونغلق عليه القدر لمده ٥ دقائق وعند التقديم نزين الطبق ببصل مقلي ومسكرات وتقدم مع سلطة الطحينه وسلطة خضراء ودقوس حار وبالعافيه.
