1. نضع اللحم مع البهارات(هيل..قرنفل..ورق غار..لومي..بصلة..وفصوص الثوم..والزيت. والكركم وملح وفلفل) ليلة كاملة يغطى جيدا بالقصدير ثم يدخل الفرن لمدة ساعتين او لحتى ينضج...
2. بطنجرة نضع زيت نباتي والبصل المقطع جوانح وملح وفلفل مع قرن فليفله حارة وحبة لومي وهيل وقرنفل ولما تذبل البصلة نضع الطماطم المقطعه تقلب لدقيقتين ثم نضع الرز المغسول والماء ويترك لينضج الرز....
3. نشعل الفحمه...ونضع اللحمه فوق الرز ونضع بوسط الرز صحن صغير يتحمل الحرارة ونضع فيه الفحمه وملعقة زيت ونغطي الطنجرة بالغطاء ومنشفه لحتى ياخذ نكهه الشواء....
4. ثم يسكب ويقدم بالعافيه.
