  3. يطبخ الرز بقلي البصل والبهارات وزيت قليل وبهارات صحاح مثل الليمون الاسود والغار والبهارات والزعفران وثم تضاف الطماطمة المقطعة و٢ قرن فلفل احمر حار ويحمس سوية.
  4. يضاف ماء لطبخ الرز حسب مقدار الرز ويطبخ سوية باصافة ملح.
  5. يغلى الرز وينشف ماؤه قليلا ثم يوضع تبسي الرز بالفرن ويتم وضع ورقة المنيوم عالتبسي ويثقب ويوضع قطع اللحم المتبلة فوقه.
  6. يتم وضع ورقة زبدة فوق الطبق السابق ومن ثم ورقة المنيوم ويبقى بالفرن مدة ساعتين الى ٣ ساعات والحرارة متوسطة.
  7. اخيرا بعد استواء اللحم يتم وضع قطعة فحم داخل الطبق حتى يأخذ رائحة المدخن 😍 ولا اروع والذ.
  8. طبخت بجابنه صلصة حارة اختيارية.
