- نغسل الدجاجة جيداً ونسلقها بالماء بس غلت نشيل الزفرة من عليها ونحط الملح والفلفل والبهارات الصحيحة وبهارات المندي تقريبا ملعقة صغيرة مليانة وراس الثوم طبعاً بدون تقشير ونتركهن يغلوا.
- نقلي البصل المقطع جوانح لحتى يصير لونو اشقر ونضعه فوق مرق الدجاج بدون الزيت بس البصل.
- نغسل الرز وننقعه مدة نصف ساعة ثم نغسله ونصفيه.
- نشيل الدجاجة من المرق بتكون استوت على الأخير ونضعها في صينية بالفرن بشان نحمرها.
- نضع الرز فوق المرق واذا كان ناقصوا ماء نزيد ماء ساخن ونضيف الزيت يلي قلينا في جوانح البصل ونتركه يغلي بس نشفت الماء نخفض النار كتير ونغطي الطنجرة ونتركه يتهدا مدة نصف ساعة.
- نحمي الفحمة ونفحم الرز بشان ياخذ نكهة التدخين.
- خلطة تحمير الدجاج ملعقة زبادي ملعقة صلصلة طماطم ملعقة شطة ملعقة زيت زيتون نحركن ونخلط وجه الدجاج وعلى الفرن ليتحمروا.
- نسكب الرز في صحن التقديم ونضع فوقه الدجاج المحمر ونزين بالزبيب المحمص.
