4. نضع ماء وملح على النار نضع المعكرونه عندما تغلي الماء ونتركها عشر دقايق نصفيها نضع التوم المهروس وباقي زيت البصل نخلطهم مع المعكرونه.
5. لصوص نضع الزيت على النار نشوح البصل ليذبل نضع التوم وصلصة البندوره نحركهم قليلا ثم نضع البندوره نقلبهم قليلا ثم نضع البهارات والخل والحمص وكوب ماء نتركهم يغلو عشر دقايق.
6. في صحن التقديم نضع الرز والعدس نغطيها بالمعكرومه صوص البندوره ثم البصل.
