  7. نرجع لماء المكرونه اما يغلى نضع ملح ومكرونه صغيره على لهلوبه على اسباكتى ونتركها تستوى ونصفيها ونضع فى الحله بتاعتها زيت من بتاع البصل وثوم مهرى وكمون ونشوح وبعد ذلك الكرونه ونقلب ونتركها تسخن..
  8. نرجع للحمص تانى نضع عليه الطماطم المبشوره والجزره المبشوره والثوم المفروم وملح وفلفل وملعقه خل وكمون ونتركه يغلى 10 دقائق ثم نطفى بعد ما نتاكد من السوى..
  9. ونرجع للارز استوى خلاص نضيف له ثلاث تربع العدس ونقلب بشوكه علشان ميكسرش ويتهرى والربع الباقى للزواء..
  10. ونعمل الصلصه بالزيت البصل الباقى وملح وفلفل وكارى، اما دقه الثوم ثوم مدقوق معه خل وملح وفلفل وكمون ويوضع فى ماء لمده على الاقل ساعه، اما دقه الشطه شويه زيت وملح وشطه وثوم مفرى على النار وبعد كده الطماطم المصلصه..
