- نقوم بقطع الدجاج نصفين وتنظيفها.
- نقطع بصل جوانح ونضيف عليه الزيت ونضيف الدجاج.ونقلبهالحتى يصير لونها ذهبي.
- نضيف القرفه والهيل والقرنفل وورق الغار وقليل ملح والماء ونظغط عليها بالضغاط او(الكاتم)لعشر دقائق.
- بعد العشر الدقائق نخرج الدجاج ونضيف الفلفل الباردوالومي واي بهارات تحبي ضيفيها* وكمان الرز بعد مانقعناه لنص ساعه ونضغط عليه لعشر دقائق.
- نحط الزعفران الاصفر على الدجاج وندخلها الفرن لحتى تتحمر.
- نرجع الدجاج على الرز ونسكب شوي من الزعفران على الرز ونحط جمره ونبخر فيه الرز والدجاج.وبالعافيه.
