  1. اغسلي اللحم وقطعيه إلى قطع كبيرة ثم صفيه من الماء  -بالقدر نحط الزيت وكل البهارات المطحونه والحب والبصل والفلفل واللومي والثوم ونشوحها شوي ونحط اللحم في القدر ونشوحهن شوي على نار هادئة.
  2. اضيفي إليه الماء الساخن واتركيه على النار لمدة نصف ساعة حتى يستوي وتنشف مويته.
  3. غسلي الرز واتركيه حتى ينقع بمويه حاره لمدة ربع ساعة لتبيض حبات الرز.
  4. عندما ينضج اللحم انشليه من المرق وصفي المرق.
  5. امسحي اللحم بكمية الزعفران وملعقة طعام زيت وأدخليه الفرن لمدة ربع ساعة حتى يتحمروضعي جمر بفنجان قهوه على زيت ليتبخر.
  6. نصفي الأرز من ماء النقع ونطبخه بزيت مع الهيل والمسمار وحبه بصل وفلفل ولومي والملح ونغمره مويه واتركيه حتى ينضج ويتشرب مويته ويستوي  -وبخري الرز ورشي عليه الزعفران البودره وغطي وعند التقديم نقلب حبات الرز الملونه -ونغرف الرز للصحن التقديم وضعي اللحم عليه ويقدم..
