- نعود للحم ونضعه في قالب الفرن مع اضافه قليل من الكجب ع الوجهه ونتركه ليتحمر.
- وبعد ان نتاكد من استواء الارز والحم نضع الحم فوق الرز ونقوم بوضع القليل من الفحم في كاسه زجاج ونقوم باضافه قليل من الزيت لتشتغل ويخرج الدخان ونقوم بغلق القدر.
