  1. اولا ننقع الرز بماء ساخن. لانه رز مزة لازم ينتقع بالماء اقل شي ساعة..
  2. نسلق الدجاج ونشيل الزفرة الي تطلع ع الوش.
  3. نضيف جميع البهارات المذكورة مع البطاط ماعدا صبغة الزعفران. لا تقلقي من كمية البهارات صحيح انها مبينة كثيرة بس تخلي طعم الرز رهيب. طبعا ما تحتاجي كمون او فلفل او اي شي ثاني لان السر هنا..
  4. نضغطه بالضغاط مده 25 دقيقة. بعدين نصفي المرقة لداخل قدر واسع.
  5. نرجم جميع الي صفيناه من المرق ونحتفظ بس بالبصل والقرفة. نحط الرز المغسول بداخل المرق ونطعم الملح. اذا ناقص نزيد. ونخليه ع النار بدرجة حرارة منخفضة. اول ما يبداء الماء ينشف من الرز ويبين الرز نحط القرفة والبصل بالوسط ونغطي.
  6. نخلي الرز ينشف وفي هذه الاثناء نخلط ربع ملعقة صغيرة من صبغة الزعفران ع نص قلص صغير ماء وندعك فيه الدجاج وللبطاط.
  7. هذا بعد الصبغة. ورشي عليه رشة صغيرة فلفل اسود. وادخله الفرن من فوق فقط ما اولع من تحت. بس يا دوب يشقر لون الدجاج لا نطول عليه بالفرن.
  8. صبغة الزعفران اصب شوية فوق الرز كمان بعد ما ينشف تماما.
  9. بعد ما صبينا الصبغة. نطفي النار وخلاص. بيكون معاكي رزة لونها اصفر ووحدة برتقالي. شكله شهي وطعمه احلى.
