  2. نقوم بتقطيع البصل مثل التفاحه اربع قطع ونظيفها ع اللحم ونقلبها سوا ونظيف سبع حبات هيل حب ونظيف بهارات اللحم وبهارات مشكله ونظيف حبة ماجي وملح حسب الرغبه ونظيف الماء لما يغطي ع اللحم ويزيد شوي وبعدها نغطيه ونقفل عليه بقدر الضغط لمدة ساعه اوساعه وربع.
  3. وبعد ماخلص اللحم بنشيل اللحم من المرق ونحطه في حافظه بلاستيك كبيره ونصفي المرقه تماماً في قدر ثاني وعادي ونسوي خلطه في كوب شاي صغير نحط فيه ملعقتين زيت كبيره ملعقتين زعفران مطحون صغيره وملعقه صغيره فلفل اسود وحبة ماجي ونظيف عليها الماء الدافي ونحركها لحد ماتذوب ونحط الخلطه ع اللحم ونحركها كويس.
  4. ونحط اللحم في صينية فرن حديد وندخلها الفرن ونخليه حرارة الفرن عاليه وعلى بال مااللحم ف الفرن نعمل الرز نظيف الرز المغسول جيداً ع المرق ولما يستوي الرز نحط عليه زعفران مطحون حسب الرغبه ونحركه الى ان يتلون الرز ونسوي حفره في الرز ونجيب فنجان ونحط فيه زيت وبعدها نحط الفحم فيه ونغطي القدر.
  5. وبعدها نطلع اللحم من الفرن وننثر عليه كاجو ونحطه ع الرز وبالعافيه.
