6. نضيف الأرز المغيول.
7. نقلب الأرز و الشعيرية ونضيف الملح ونضيف العدس بالماء بتاعته على الأرز بالشعيرية.
8. نخفض النار حتى يكملو السواء.
9. نصفي المعكرونة ونضيف عليها معلقتين من زيت قلي البصل.
10. نبشر البصلة الثالثة ونشوحها ونضيع عليها الطماطم المعصورة.
11. بعد ماتتسبك الطماطم نطفي نزود شوية ماء و تغلي غلوة واحدة ونضيف ملح وفلفل وكمون ونطفي على طول.
12. لعمل الدقة نضرب الثوم مع ملح وكمون وخل وماء في الخلاط مع بعضهم.
