- نخفض حرارة الغاز حتى يصبح الماء اقل من مستوى الرز والعدس ثم نضيف زيت الزيتون ونحركها جيدا.
- نخفض الحرارة كما نخفضها لطبخ الارز العادي يعني حرارة منخفضة جداً.
- نتركه حتى ينضج الرز.
- نقلي شرائح البصل ونزين بها المجدرة.
- تقدم مع اللبن والسلطة.
