- نبهر الدجاج انا بهرته قبل بيوم بالمكونات اعلاه الدجاجه كامله طبختها في الفرن الكربائي في الصيخ الدوار.
- لعمل الرز نضع الزبده في قدر يمكن اداخله في الفرن ونضع البصل ونقلب ثم الطماطم والبهارات كلها ونضيف الماء ونسكر النار يكمل نضجه في الفرن ثم غطية ورق الالمنيوم ثم نثقبه بالسكين عدة ثقوب ونضع نصف الدجاجه ثم نضع على الدجاجه ورق زبده ثم اضع ورق المنيوم عليه واغلفه جيدا واضعه داخل الفرن مسبق التسخين لمده ساعة ونصف الى ساعتين اتاكد منه اذا الرز نضج والدجاجه تحتاج الى تحمير نضعها في صينية فرن ونحمرها.
- ملاحظة ممكن وضع كل الدجاج على الالمنيوم فوق الرز ولكن يقطع انصاف.
