- في طنجرة نضع الدجاج ثم الارز مع الخلطة ونضيف ماء مغلي مقدار 4 كاسات بنفس كاسة عيار الارز عندما يغلي الماء نخفض النار ونتركه على الغاز من نصف ساعة حتى ساعة الا ربع وتتأكد بعد فترة من كمية الماء اذا احتاج الارز اضافة ماء.
