  1. نأخذ البصل المتوسطه نقطعها حلقات ونرشها بالدقيق نحمرها في الزيت وبعد كده نصفيها ونشلها على جنب.
  2. نأخذ شويه من زيت على النار نزل عليهم بالثوم المفروم البصل بعد ما يبقى لونه ذهبي ننزل عليهم بمعجون الطماطم وعصير الطماطم ونسبها على نار هاديه نحط ملح وفلفل أسود والكزبره والكمون ومعلقه سكر صغيرة ونسبها على النار.
  3. في حله نحط فيها مياه ونحط فيها العدس نسويه نصف سوا.
  4. باقي الزيت نحمر فيه الشعيرية وننزل عليها بالارز بعد ما يتغسل ونقلبهم في بعض مع ملعقة ملح ونضيف عليهم كوب ماء ونسيبه يغلي وبعد ما يتشرب نضيف عليه العدس ونقلبهم على بعض ونهدي النار عليه لحد ما يستوي.
  5. نحط ماء في حله على النار نحط فيها مياه ومعلقه صغيرة ملح ولما تغلي ننزل بالمعكرونه تتسلق بعد ماتتسلق نصفيها كويس ونحط الحله على النار ومعلقه زيت ومعلقه فلفل أسود وننزل عليهم المعكرونه ونقلبهم مع بعض.
  6. نأخذ بقي شويه زيت من تحمير البصل ونحطهم على النار ننزل عليهم بمعلقه شطه ورش ملح ونقلبهم كويس وفلفل حار مقطع وتنزل عليهم بمعلقين صلصة.
  7. نفرم ثوم مع فلفل حار ومعلقه صغيرة ملح ومعلقه كمون نضيف عليهم معلقين خل ونعصر عليهم ليمون.
  8. بعد مأكل المكونات تستوي نجيب طبق ونحط شويه من المعكرونه وعليهم شويه من الأرز بالعدس وعليهم الصلصله والبصل المتحمر نقدم معاهم طبق الشطه والدقه الثوم بالخل.
