- نيجي بقي للبصله هنقعطها مكعبات و نقليها في السمنه عادي جداً لحد ما تبقي ذهبي كده نأخد ربع البصل نحطه على الكشك ب السمنه كلها يعني الباقي يبقى من غير سمنه ناشف كده المهم ندي الكشك تقليبه بالبصل و حبه السمنه بتوعو و نحط في اطباق و بعد 5 دقائق بالظبط نأخد باقي البصل نروشه على وجه الاطباق يالهوي لذيييييذ آوي.
