- ثم يضاف البصل والثوم ويقلب حتى يذبل البصل ويصفر قليلا ثم تصاف الطماطم والجزر والحمص والزبيب ويقلب خمس دقائق.
- ثم تضاف الماء حوالي لترين ويقلب ثم يترك حتى يفور ثم يضاف الارز ويقلب قليلا ثم يضغط القدر ويترك على نار قويه حتى يصفر القدر ثم نهدي النار الي هدائه جدا ويترك حوالي ربع ساعه حتى ينضج.
