3. اضيف الطماطم والفلفل الاخضر والجزر المبشور والثوم.
4. بعدها اضيف بهاراتي المشكلة والماجي وملعقة الصلصل والماء الى يغطي الدجاج.
5. بعد الاستواء اشيل الدجاج وابهرة واحطه يتحمر بالفرن.
6. اطبخ الارز على نار هادية ' علشان يستوي على راحته..
7. بعدها اضيف الحشو مع وضع جمره في قصدير واقطر عليها بالزيت واغطيه الى ان يطلع بخاره '.
8. قدمته مع دقوس وسلطة ملفوف مع خيار..
