- نسلق كل مكون على حده نضيف المعكرونة بعد سلق نضيف زيت الزيتون ورشة من الفلفل الأسود. نسلق الأرز ونسلق العدس حتى الاستواء ثم تصفيه من الماء ونضيف اليه بهارات مشكلة وفلفل اسود وملح وقليل من زيت الزيتون ثم نجهز الصوص بخلط كل من البندورة ومهروس الثوم والفلفل وقليل من الماء في الخلاط.
- ثم يوضع على نار حتى الاستواء نضيف اليه ملح وفلفل حسب الرغبة تقلي البصل الشرائح بعد تقليبة بملعقة من النشا ثم يتم ترتيب المكونات في الصحن العدس ثم المعكرونة ثم الأرز ثم يقلب في صحن تقديم ويزين ببصل المقلي وصوص.
