- نأخذ الطاجن و نضع البصل أولا ثم الطماطم و نضع الدجاج و التوابل تضل في المقلى ثم نرتب الخضار كما في الصورة.
- أخر مرحلة نضيف القليل من الماء في المقلى نحركها و نضيفه فوق الخضار نغطي الطاجن و ننقص من النار و نتركه حتى ينضج.
