- بس بيردو بنحط البيض و بنخفق.
- بجاط ثاني بنخلط الطحين و الحليب الجاف و البيكنغ باودر والبهارات (كل المكونات الجافة).
- بنضيف المكونات الجافه فوق خليط البيض بالتريج و نخفق جيداً ثم نضع الزيت.
- ثم نضيف الجبن و نحرك.
- ندهن الصينية بالزبده و بنضيف الخليط.
- ندخل الصينية للفرن الحار بتكون النار من تحت بس نشوف الاطراف استوت بنحمرها من فوق.
