1. بسم الله نبدأ بالعجن العجين جيدا ونتركه 20 دقيقة ونقطعه كويرات ونفردهم ايكون رقيق ونقوم بطهيه.
2. الحشوة : نقلي البطاطس المقلية..ونخلاط الصوص لذكرته مع بعضهم.
3. نضع الزيت في المقلاة ونشوح فيه قطع من الدجاج مع الملح والبصل و الثوم والبهارات المشكله للشاورما مع التحريك حتى ينضج الدجاج ونزيله..
4. ونحضر الكفتة نضيف الزيت في المقلاة والكفتة والبهارات شورما اللحم ونشوح جيدا حتى ينضج.
5. نعمر خبز التورتيلا بالقليل من الصوص نضيف له الخص والقليل من الدجاج والكفته وجبنة الشرائح ثم البطاطس ونطويها على شكل ضرف ونعملها في آلات البنيني وبالصحة وراحة.
6. ملاحضة (البهارات شورما الذجاج واللحم) يباع جاهز.
