- بعد متخمر العجينة ندير الفرينة (طحين) ونحلها على شكل مستطيل.
- نحط الدهان فوقها على شكل طريفات صغار ونزيد السكر والقرفة ونروليها.
- من بعد نحطهم في بلا يكون مدهون بالزبدة نحطهم فيها ونخليهم يخمرو.
- كيخمر نطيبو بالفرن على درجة حرارة 180 وكيطيب وهو سخون نحط عليه خليط حليب وسكر الناعم وشوكولاتة وكوكاو مدشش.
