7. ناخذ الجزر ونبشره ونحط مع زيت زيتون وملعقه كبيره سكر وفلفل اسود نكشنها بالمقلاه..
8. نحط الحزر على وجه الرز والدجاج ويقدم مع زبادي وبالعافيه💛.
