  1. نسخن الزيت في قدر عميق ونسقط قطع اللحمه ونلقبها الين تنشف مويتها ونضيف البصل ونكرمله وبعدين الطماطم والصلصة ونكشنه لمدة ١٠ دقايق الين ينفصل الزيت عن الصوص.
  2. ونضيف نص كمية الجزر ومن ثم نملحه ونصب موية مغليه لحد مايغطي اللحم ونضيف قرون الفلفل الاخضر ونتركه عالنار إلىيين تستوي اللحمه.
  3. وبعدها نرمي الرز لمرقة اللحمه وازا احتاج زيادة موية ازيد الين تكون المويه فوق مستوى الرز بأصبع فقط ونتركه على نار متوسطه حتى تنشف المويه وبعدها نعمل حفر وندفن الجزر والزبيب والحمص ونرش الكمون عالوجه ونغطي القدر بمنشفه نظيفه ونتركه على نار هادئة لمدة ١٥ دقيقه وبعدها ابدأ بغرف الرز وبالعافيه🌷.
