- لعمل الصلصة يشوح الثوم ويوضع عليه عصير الطماطم والصلصة والملح والكمون وتترك للتسبك.
- لعمل الدقة. ثوم مفروم يشوح من غير لون نضع عليه الخل والكمون والكزبره والملح وأول غلوه نضيف كوب ماء تأخذ غلوه و نضيف الليمون.
- لعمل البصل المحمر. يقطع البصل شرائح رفيعه ونضيف عليه رشه ملح ويحمر يوضع على مناديل مطبخ لتصفيه الزيت هيطلع مقرمش وطعمه تحفه.
