- ثم نخلط الحمسة في الخلاط وناخذ جزء منها على جنب للدجاج.
- نضيف للجزء اللي اخذناه من الصلصة ملعقتين زيت زيتون وملح وندهن به الدجاج ثم نضعها في صينية ونغلفها بقصدير وندخلها الفرن على حرارة ١٨٠ من تحت لمده ٤٥ دقيقة وبعد ما تستوي نشيل القصدير ونحمرها من فوق.
- ثم نرجع باقي الحمسة الى القدر مع اضافة قليل من الزيت وعودين قرفة.
- نضيف ثلاث اكواب ماء ونضبط الملح ونضيف الرز.
- نترك الزر ينطبخ على نار عالية اول عشر دقائق ثم نخفف النار نتركه يطبخ الى ينشف الماء.
