1. في قلاية على النار اضع ملعقة زبدة كبيرة ثم اضع مقدار بصلتين مقطعة قطع صغيرة واضع بهارات الفلفل الاسود ونصف ملعقة قرفة مع البصل البودرة والملحويقلذ الخليط جيداً ثم اضع الكلاوي المقطعة واضع دبس الرمانواترم الكلاوي لمدة ربع ساعة حتى تنضج.
   
   
   
2. خطوات عمل الارز:-في طنجرة على النار يوضع فيها ملعقة زبدة وثلاث ملاعق زيت ثم يوضع بصلة مقطعة صغير ويقلب حتى يذبل ثم اضع الارز البسمتي النقوع واصع بهارات متجي والملح والقرفة والكركم واقلب جيداً ثم اضع كمية الماء كلها واترك الارز حتى يتشرب واهدي النار عليه حتى ينضج وبالهنا.
   
   
   
3. ثم اضع الكلاوي فوق الارز.
