- ثم نضعه يفور في الطنجرة و الكسكاس حتى يفور 15 دقيقة ثم ننزعه من فوق نار ثم نسكوب فوقه حوالي نصف لترا ماء و نخليه يشرب جيدً ثم.
- ثم نسكبو في القصعة و نحلو جيد ثم نضع الزبيب اول في الكسكاس ثم نضع فوقه الطعام (كسكس) ثم نتركه يفور لي مرة ثانية حتى يفور 15 دقيقة.
- ثم ننزعه من فوق نار و نفرغه في القصعة و نضع الزبدة و تمر مقطع و 2 ملعقة سكر و نخلط.
- ثم نضعه في المول و نقلبو في صحن التقديم و نقوم بالتزيين نضع الجوز و الكرز المجفف والقرفة و سكر ارطب من فوق ونضع العنب في الجونب.
- ثم نعض العسل في طاجين و نضعه في وسط المحبين العسل نضع نوا اكاجو في جوانب.
- وتزيين حسب رغبة تقدري تعملي بيض مغالي ايضً.
