Instructions to make الرز المندي:

1. اغسل الدجاج و اقطعة ٤ ارباع و انقعه بماء مع خل و اسيبو نص ساعة اقل شي.
2. اضيف بقدر جميع المكونات ماعدا (الرز و الفحم و الصبغة و الزعفران) مع ماء حتى يتغطى الدجاج.
3. اتركه حتى يغلي على نار عالية و ارخي النار على الوسط لمدة ساعة.
4. انقل الدجاج على صينية الفرن وادهنه من الخلطة و احمره بالفرن.
5. اصفي ماء الدجاج و اطبخ فيها الرز.
6. قبل لاينضج الرز احط عليك الصبغة و الزعفران منقعه بملعقة ماء و بفنجان قهوة اضيف زيت زيتون و اسقط الفحمة داخله و احطة بالقدر واسكر عليه اكرر عملية الفنجان لاكن بصينية الفرن مع الدجاج.
7. اقدمه مع مكسرات او حسب الرغبة و بالعافية.
