- نترك الدجاج على النار حتى ينضج.
- نضع الملح ونتركه يعلى قليلاً مع الدجاج.
- نقوم بنشل الدجاج من المرق ونضعه بالفرن حتى يحمر.
- في قدر نضع قليل من الزيت ونقلب بصله صغيره مع ملعقة كمون.
- نضع فوقها الجزر المبشور ونقوم بالتقليب.
- نأخذ مرق الدجاج ونصفيه ونضعه فوق البصل والجزر.
- نضع الارز ونقوم بضغطه لمدة 8دقائق.
- نزين الارز بالمكسرات والزبيب المقلي.
- يقدم مع السلطع الناعمه وسلطة الخضار الطازجه.
- بالهناء والعافيه.
