5. نحضر صوص طماطم :نسكرفج فصوص ثوم في شوية زيت ونضيف مغرف صغيرة طماطم مصبرة نقلي شوية ثم نزيد الطماطم مسكرفجة (مفرومة) وملح وفلفل اسود وزعتر وورقة رند (غار) وشوية ماء ونخليها طيب.
6. ندير الكرنب (الملفوف) المحشي في بلا يدخل الفرن ونسقيه بصوص تومات ونخليه حتى يتجمر.
