- نوجد البيشاميل نضع ملعقة كبيرة زبده و ملعقة كبيرة طحين فرينه (طحين) ورشه ملحو نخلط حتى تتجانس ونضيف كاس حليب.
- في مول لي يدخل للفرن نضع الكرنب مع بصل و فوقه البطاطا وفوقها الفرماج ومايونيز علبه تونه.
- وبعدها نزيد البيشاميل ونزيد خطوط من مايونيز يعطيها دوق رائع.
- نزيد نضيفلو الفرماج غابي وشهيهة طيبه وندخلو للفرن 20 دقيقه.
