- اوراق الكرمب غسليها مليح وقطريها من الماء و قطعي الجزء الابيض الي في الوسط يكون يابس. للحشو : حطي لحم مرحي مع بصلة صغيرة مفرومة والثوم مسكرفج+ ملح ، فلفل اسود ، كمون ، فلفل احمر..
- حلي ورق الكرمب حطي الحشو، و رولي. وفي الطنجرة، حطي بقايا الكرمب الي قطعتيها في الاول مع حبة بصل صغيرة مقطعة دوائر، ثم ستفي الكرمب المحشي.
- ثم حطي طماطم مقطعة، و سنتين ثوم..
- صوص الطماطم : م ك طماطم مصبرة+ ملح + فلفل اسود+ كمون+ فلفل احمر، و مكعب مرق دجاج، مع كوبين ماء دافي. نصب الصوص حتي تغطي اوراق الكرمب، يمكن اضافة الماء اذا احتجتي. نحط صحن مقلوب من فوق. نشعل النار عالية حتى تغلي المرق، ثم نرجعها نار هادئة، و نحط للغطاء. و نخليها تطيب كي نحط السكين يدخل بسهولة. يقدم مع ليمون.شهية طيبة.
