  2. باستخدام مقص المطبخ نقص الكنافه.
  3. ثم نضع سمنه با لتدريج مع فركها حتى يغطي كل الكنافه.
  4. نرص الكنافه في صينيه و نضغط عليها با ليد.
  5. نضع الجبنه عليها ثم نضع قماشه نضيفه عليها ونضغط حتى لا تكون في الجبنه ماء.
  6. في الفرن على نار هادئه مع تحرك كل شوي لمده 20 دقيقه حتى يصبح أطرافها تشقر و تصبح قطعه واحده نخرجها من الفرن و نقلبها في صينيه اكبر و نصب القطر و نرش الفستق الحلبي.
