  2. يضاف الماء المذوب به الخميره وثم اللبن ونعجن جيداً.
  3. العجينه تكون لينه جداً ولكن يمكن اضافة ملعقتين طعام دقيق، تغطى وتترك لتتخمر في مكان دافئ.
  4. نقوم بتحضير المفروم بتشويح البصل في حال تمت اضافته ومن ثم اضافة المفروم.
  5. نقوم بتبهير المفروم.
  6. عند استواء المفروم نغلق النار ونقوم بإضافة الكراث والطحينه.
  7. خطوه اختياريه وهي تبخير المفروم.
  8. نضع العجينه في الصينيه وفوقها المفروم وممكن تزيين الوجه بالسمسم وحلقات الطماطم.
  9. نضعها بالفرن المشغل مسبقاً على حرارة ١٨٠درجة مئويه من الاسفل فقط ونراقبها حتى احمرار الاطراف.
  10. نقوم بتشغيل الفرن من الاعلى حتى تحمر قليلاً وصحه وهنا.
