- العجين نخلط كل المكونات بالخلاط لمدة 3دقائق نريح العجين لمدة ربع ساعه.
- بعدما رتاحت العجين منرجع منخلك الخليط بالخلاط ونبتدي بالتشكيل لا تخلص كل الكمية كلما تعملو كم حبة من العجين لازم تخلطو الخليط بالخلاط.
- القشطة نخلط كل الكونات على البارد وبعدين منشغل عليه النار مع لأستمرار بالتحريك لا يتقل القوام وتستوي حبة السميد (فيكن تستبدلو حليب السائل بماء وتحطو 1 كوب حليب ناشف).
- منحشي حبات القطايف بالجوز مع جوز الهند ومنقليون بزيت غزير لا يتحمرو...... بألف هنا على قلبكن ⚘.
