- نحط الورقة نتاع الكرم وندير في وسطها الحشو نتاع اللحم ونغلقها نروليها وندهنهم بالبيض ونقليهم حتى يتحمرو شوي برك ونحيهم.
- للمرقة نرابي البصلة والثوم والملح وفلفل اسود وشوي زيت ودبشة ونقلي ونمرق بشوي ما 5 دقائق ونصفي المرقة في بلاطو يدخل للفرن ونحط فيها الكرم بعد مانقليه وندخلهم للفرن 10 دقائق ونطفي.
