2. في هذه الاثناء نطهو الدجاج ، في قدر نضع القليل من السمن و الزيت ، بصلة مفرومة ، ثوم مفروم ، الدجاج ، الملح ، الفلفل الاسود ، الزنجبيل ، المعدنوس ، ثم نضيف القليل من الماء و نترك الدجاج يطهى ثم نفتته مع المرق.
3. في كسرولة نضع الحليب ، الملح ، الفرينة و نضعه على نار هادئة لما يعقد الخليط نضيف الفلفل الاسود ، الجبن الابيض و القليل من الزبدة.
4. في صينية الفرن نضع القليل من صلصة البيشاميل ثم اوراق الكريب ثم صلصة البيشاميل و الدجاج و هكذا حتى نكمل الدجاج و البيشاميل ، ندخلها الفرن حوالي 10 دقائق و نضع فوقه الجبن المبشور.
