2. نحضر الصلصة نحط القليل من الزيت و نضيف البصل و الفلفل و الثوم و نقليهم ثم الطماطم و الطماطم مصبرة و الزيتون و الملح و الفلفل اسود و الشحمة و نخليها تطهى.
3. بعد ما بردت الصلصة و الكريب نبدا نشكل المحاجب.
4. نحط حبة الكريب و نضيف الجبن مبشور و الصلصة و الجبن و نغلق بهذه الطريقة و نلصق الاطراف بالقليل من عجينة الكريب كنا نقصناها.
5. بعدما خلصنا كل الحبات ندهن الوجه بالزبدة و لما يتحمره الوجه نقلب و نزيد القليل من الزبدة من الخلف نحمرهم انا فضلت نحمرهم في آلة البانيني.
6. نحمر كل الحبات و تقدم ساخنة بالصحة.
