- نضيف نصف الكميه من الخليط على البسكويت ونضعها بالتلاجه لحين تتماسك قليلاً ومن ثم ناخذ الجيلي ونقوم بتذويبه بماء ساخن ومع استمراريه التحريك به حتى لا بتجمد وخين يبرد نضعه فوق الخليط اللي بالقالب وندخله التلاجه ليتماسك ومن ثم نضع باقي الكريمه وندخلها التلاجه.
