- نسخن كريبيار و ندهن بزبدة و نفرغ و نرفع كريبيار وندورها حتى كل جوانب تمتلئ كي تحمر نقلبها مباشرة نزيد فوقها الحشو وجبن و نغلق بجانب مثل في الصورة ثم نغلق جوانب ونقليها على النار حتى يعطينا لون احمر.
